The students presented on their topics. Each week I am
seeing real improvement in both their content and delivery. I talked about the
major reason why the war lasted so long - the South had competent, skilled,
intelligent generals while President Lincoln struggled to find a general who could
lead effectively. We talked about the tremendous loss of life on both sides.
Skilled leaders are necessary in all areas of life.
