We started to make framed pictures of the colonies with quotes from
their founding documents that demonstrate that each colony existed to spread
the good news about Jesus. This is history that they will not easily find many
places. We talked a bit about why the colonies strayed from this last week and
how the Great Awakening created a base for the American Revolution. We will
come back to that theme again this coming week as we explore the basis for the
American Revolution.
Assignment: Finish your picture with the quotes and bring it to class
this week.
